The hotel is extremely clean, well kept, and eco firendly. The service on the other hand is Absolutely desastrous. We were insulted until no end by the "manager " whom we later found out is the owner's son-in-law. This man approched us at 9:30 am to tell us we had to check out at 2:00 pm because there had been some mis-understanding about another reservation that was made for our room.He pretty much told us that the new guest that were coming in needed our spot. We had plans to visit several local turist places the next day. I have never experiences such unprofessionalism at any hotel. We were extremly Upset about the whole situation and told him it was the worst place i had ever been treated like that at, and his response was "you are the worst customer i have ever had". My husband and I were extremely kind to the staff but it was evident that the staff was not well trained ( the were trained by this manager) since they did not have a broad perspective of what real hospitality really is. I feel very bad for the potential that this hotel could really have because This man has a NASTY attitude to himself.The director jorge cortisozzoz is a joke of a human and obviously has no education or experience in customer service very bad person who hates gringos and europeans at his hotel with the comments he made we dont want you gringos or europeans here
